In order to fight the isolation often connected with luxury gated communities and residential buildings, the architects included open, wide passages at the ground level.

The Shard is a 72-story skyscraper that completely transformed the skyline of Great Britain. It is a popular view in Western Europe! It is composed of 8 angle-glass fa├žade which reflect the surrounding sky and city, and then provide clear glimpses inside.

This establishment is intended to function as a vertical village–a multi-functional building with restaurants, offices and apartments.

3. Perot Museum (Nature and Science)

Sheathed in textured concrete panels, Perot Museum is composed of a 5-story cube, fractured at a single corner. At the exterior part of the cube is a glass-enclosed escalator, whisking people to the top-floor entrance to the museum exhibits.

4. Parrish Art Museum
